Ooooooh! Justice Katju called 90 percent Indians idiots.
We have somehow been taking the Right to freedom of Speech quite personally. Seriously, without even interpreting the whole context we jump to conclusions. If the shaheen Dada Case was a reminder of how free our speech really was, then this one really questions do we even understand the freedom. The two young children Aditya and Tanya ( class IX and XI students) filed a case of defamation on the man who disapproved communal violence. Do these young children even understand the law or what defamation mean, have they been part or witnessed the never ending history of communal violence, if not, what are the adults around them doing. Looks like an attempt to fame !
